在一个典型的处理机配置中，处理机PCI插槽用于插入所有的扩展卡。扩展器通过增加13个PCI插槽，扩展了处理机的功能。从而可以在一个处理机配置中，连接更多的投影模块或者更多的输入信号源。扩展器配有一个冗余热插拔电源。超出处理机可用插槽数的小型系统，如果其输入需求适中而且扩展器插槽数够用，可以将其配置为一个OmniBus配置或者是带一个扩展器的处理机配置。

    在扩展器前活门后面的最下面位置，有一个电源开启 / 关闭开关。最上面则是蜂鸣器复位按钮，用来确认冗余电源模块故障。在这两个按钮之间，有两个LED；左边的绿色电源开启LED指示电源是否开启。右边的红色待机 / 组件故障LED指示冗余电源模块无法运行。

    In a typical processor configuration, the PCI slot of the processor is used to insert all extension cards. The extension extends the functionality of the processor by adding 13 PCI slots. So you can connect more projection modules or more input signal sources in a processor configuration. The Expander is provided with a redundant hot plug power supply. A small system that exceeds the number of slots available to the processor can be configured either as an Omnibus configuration or as a processor configuration with an extender if its input requirements are moderate and the number of Expander slots is sufficient.

    In the bottom position behind the front valve of the extension, there is a power on / off switch. Above is the buzzer reset button to confirm the redundant power module failure. Between these two buttons, there are two LEDs; Turn on the green power source on the left. Red standby on the right / component fault LED indicates redundant power module can not run.
